Listella may share your information with contracted parties when you consent. This may include your social security number and other identifiable information about you. Due to the nature of Listella, some associations and landlords require background checks to complete lease agreements.

Listella may also share information with contracted parties without your consent. This may include service providers and other affiliated parties who may come in contact with personal information. These individuals are also bound by this Agreement and/or a specifically tailored Non-Disclosure Agreement.

TYPES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

Personal information stored may include (but not limited to); login information collected at account creation and app refreshes including Your name, associated “.edu” email address, any personal information You post, Your current location, and any other information we may get from Your use of Listella's services. When You contact Listella, a record is kept of Your communication. We may use Your email address to contact Your about upcoming products, services, events, or other information we deem necessary.

REQUEST OF RECORD UPDATE OR REMOVAL

The information that You provide to Listella will be used to create a profile page associated with Your account. You can update this information by editing your profile page. If You are unable to edit your profile or if you would like to request to have your record of information removed, please contact Listella at hello@Listella.com.

LEGAL REQUESTS

Listella may share your personal information with organizations and individuals if deemed necessary to meet any laws, enforce service violations including fraud, and protect against harm to Listella.
